I’ve always been a huge nutrition nerd. I wasted years reading boring books, blogs written by questionable people or taking yet another course to learn what healthy eating really meant. It took diagnosis of “infertility” for me to finally see a Functional Nutritionist. I had tried almost everything and this was my last resort.
After 3 months following her advice to the ‘T’… I got pregnant.
I’d already paid thousands to fertility specialists, wasted countless hours on appointments and had been an emotional wreck. But for a fraction of the price plus total commitment on my part I got what I so badly wanted.
Because of this profound experience, I went back to school to get my Master’s Degree. I wanted to help others who are pulling their hair out trying to reach a goal that is equally important to them.

I created this space with overworked heroes in mind: Cops, Veterans, Active Duty, Firefighters, ER staff and Corrections. This is a grossly underserved community that have unique demands putting their health and lives at risk (see stats below).
Anyone who needs help is welcome here.
Why it's Different
I look at you as an individual: your history, struggles, desires and roadblocks. Like a Detective, I go in deep and look for clues that may be hindering your goals.
How it Works
You contact me. We talk for 15 minutes and see if we're a good fit. When we work together, I do a nutritional analysis and look at your health history.
If you’re working with a Physician, I connect with them and review your files and healthy history - I play well with Physicians.
If you’re not, we go even deeper into your goals, any perceived roadblocks or challenges and what YOU need to succeed.
I set you up with a Tailor-Made Nutrition and Lifestyle Plan including very specific resources like a short daily/weekly check-lists, tools to support you in areas you’re struggling with or a S.M.A.R.T. plan (well-established tool that you can use to plan and achieve your goals).
I’m also a whiz at finding solutions to problems.
I love listening - because that’s where the answer lies.

I created this space with a very specific purpose: to help cops, firefighters and military stay exceedingly strong. Every day we lose members of our First Responder family on the front line. I have personally felt this loss. These enemies also take a different form on the inside: lack of focus, depression, fatigue, heart disease, weight gain and sleep deprivation.

It has been proven over and over that shift-work and disruption in sleep rhythm is devastating to your psychological and physical health. It has even been officially classified as a probable cancer risk.
Shiftwork DOES influence your food choices (and not for the better)
In 2016, 14% of all on-duty deaths for Police Officers were related to heart-attack alone.
In 2012, a study was released that showed 40% Police Officers have a real sleep disorder.
In 2016, 108 Police Officers took their own life.
In 2016, 20 military veterans took their own lives EVERY SINGLE DAY.
In 2015, 59% of Firefighter on-duty deaths were due to stress/medical.
In 2015, a 5 year study was completed that showed Firefighter have a MUCH higher rate of cancer.
