2 minute Salad Dressing

Because fatty, creamy dressing makes almost everything taste *f’ing awesome*.

In a glass jar:

  • 1:1 ratio of Avocado or Coconut oil-based Mayo to Olive Oil.
  • Splash of lemon juice, dash of mustard, salt and pepper.
  • 2-3 tbsp dill.

Shake and pour on even the most offensive (healthy) raw vegetables to transform them into a dish you may hog all to yourself.

Use any herb that makes you happy (cilantro, parsley, chives, etc).

🛑Don’t use canola-based (or other hydrogenated oils mayo) because it’ll defeat the purpose of eating those veggies. It’s very inflammatory.
