Got a cold? Here's a proven way to decrease your symptoms and sick days
In a recent 2016 study published by NUTRIENTS, researchers found that subjects who took Elderberry extracts at a dosage of 600-900 mg/day had a 52% decreased number of days with cold symptoms, 58% decreased symptom severity and 29% decreased number of colds. The subject group was three hundred and twelve subjects taking a transcontinental flight who took Elderberry for ten days prior and 5 days afterwards.
What does this mean to you?
During times of high cold season or when you are entering the "cold season danger zone" aka on a long flight contained with sick, germy people or at work with equally sick, germy people, taking Elderberry extract as a precaution has some very beneficial effects.
