4 easy ways to get into Ketosis
SIMPLE HACKS to get into Nutritional Ketosis:
⏰ Intermittent Fasting - You have a small eating window. i.e. Stop eating 3 hours before bed. Sleep 8 hours (hopefully) and eat again 3 hours after you get up.
🏋️♀️Fasted Workout - Literally the best workouts I've had. My theory is that all my energy goes to my workout, not digesting food.
