The “I need something sweet NOW” crazies that turn you into some primitive forager (albeit if primal man had a refrigerator).

So here’s a hack: dark cherries.

Here’s a better hack: FROZEN, organic dark cherries. And it’s got another VERY useful superpower: HELPS YOU SLEEP.

Dish up 1/2 a cup in a bowl and snack on them like little frozen popsicles.

It sounds stupid. But it works.

SUPER BONUS: dark cherries contain a decent amount of minerals, antioxidants, fiber, Vit. C and yes, are one of the only natural sources of MELATONIN (…so snack on them at night).

They do contain fructose so go easy on them and stick to 1/2 C.
