I understand it’s a big step and frightening investment. So I want to cover the value you’ll get in return: I remove confusion and frustration and you allow yourself some support.

What happens when you invest in this level of commitment? You have accountability and become motivated to do the work - because it’s a big investment!

What happens during an initial consult:

  • I’ll thoroughly review your completed forms (below) plus any lab work you have.

  • We talk for about 75 minutes. My goal is to gain a clear understanding of what you’ve tired before, your frustrations and goals. I want to know what it is you’re trying to accomplish. I work within your limitations but I’ll also challenge you in areas that you’ll gain the most ground. We’ll work on creating a precise and personalized nutritional plan together. Your strong goals + my knowledge = a very personalized plan.

After our consult you’ll receive:

  • Food plan based on your goals and food restrictions.

  • Recipes

  • Any other “you-specific” resources covered in our consult. Some examples are: stress reduction techniques, sleep hygiene, movement ideas/goals, supplement recommendations, how to save on groceries, habit building suggestions or time-saving cooking techniques.

For the next 3 weeks, you’ll be checking in with me via email - we will use this feedback for your follow-up session to focus on what’s working, what’s not and adjust as necessary.

In 2-3 weeks, we will meet again to continue to customize your plan based on your feedback and progress.
